TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Diamond Glass Mobile Tinting. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any window tinting or paint protection services.
1. Services Offered
We provide professional mobile automotive window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), and vinyl wrap installation throughout North and Central Alabama. All services are performed on-site at the customer’s preferred location.
2. Alabama Window Tinting Laws
Per Alabama State Law (Section 32-5C-2 of the Code of Alabama), the following tint regulations apply:
Front side windows: Must allow more than 32% of light in (VLT – Visible Light Transmission)
Rear side and back windows: Any darkness is allowed
Windshield: Non-reflective tint is allowed above the manufacturer’s AS-1 line
Reflectivity: Tint must not be more than 20% reflective
Medical exemptions: Available with proper documentation
Please Note: We will advise you on what is legal under Alabama state law. However, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all tinting regulations. Diamond Glass Mobile Tinting is not liable for any tickets, citations, inspections, or legal consequences resulting from non-compliant window film installations at the customer's request.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By scheduling a service, the customer agrees to:
Provide accurate vehicle details and access at the scheduled location
Acknowledge responsibility for tint darkness/film choices that may exceed legal limits
Inspect work upon completion and notify us of any concerns within 72 hours
4. Warranty & Liability
We stand by the quality of our work. Most films come with a manufacturer warranty, which we will explain at the time of service. However:
Diamond Glass is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, scratches, or worn seals on the vehicle
We are not liable for damage or loss after the job is completed and the technician has left the premises
Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl wraps are warrantied only under normal wear-and-tear conditions, not damage caused by road debris or improper care
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon update.
